Instructions for Authors
- Each accepted paper (oral presentation or poster) should be accompanied by one registration (full or student).
- Each fully register participant (excluding students) may present up to two papers (oral presentation or poster). Each registered student may present up to one paper (oral presentation or poster).
A one page Abstract edited in accordance with the instructions is requested to be submitted by the 31st December 2015.
Please note that the Organizing Committee will confirm receipt of all submitted abstracts (via email). In case authors will not receive a relevant email, they are kindly requested to contact the Conference Secretary.
Preparation of the full paper – deadline for submission 20th April 2016
Following the acceptance of the abstract, author(s) is(are) requested to provide the following:
- A full paper edited in accordance with the instructions to authors on the Paper Template
- A one page Extended Summary edited in accordance with the relevant instructions

Oral and Poster Instructions
Oral presentations should be prepared in MS PowerPoint format (ppt or pptx). All authors presenting their paper in an oral session are requested to get to the Conference Rooms 20 minutes before the sessions in order to upload their presentation. The ORBIT 2016 support team will check the good working order of their presentation supports. However, authors are also strongly encouraged to email their presentations to Conference Secretary by the 15th May 2016. Oral presentations should last 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
Poster panels will be at the disposal of the presenting authors to support their poster. The poster should have A0 format (approximately 85 cm x 120 cm –portrait, not landscape). The presenting authors should be available during the poster sessions to present their posters.
